This Sunday, July 23, LOWER CAPE INDIVISIBLE (LCI) and Indivisible Outer Cape (IOC) will hold the third in a series of local rallies where people will share their concerns and information about the Senate Republican healthcare plan and proposal to repeal the Affordable Care Act. Bring American flags and protest signs, as well as your ideas for a healthcare system that will serve all Americans.
